Include the app name and version, your device and operating system, and a short description of what happened. Our support page has app guidance and a simple problem-report checklist.

A little care with what you send

Please leave out sensitive information, children's personal details, and screenshots containing personal data. Send only what is needed to explain your question.

Privacy questions

You can ask about information in correspondence, or request a review or deletion, using the same studio email address. Messages may remain in the studio's email account; this is separate from an app's local data and from website hosting.
