Tell us what happened

For help with a Nightlight app, email nightlightstudios.apps@gmail.com. A useful problem report includes:

• The app name and version, or the web page you were using.
• Your device model, operating system version, and browser if you were playing online.
• What you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead.
• The wording of an error message, if one appeared.

Please do not send passwords, sensitive information, children's personal details, or screenshots containing personal data.

Email and app data

A support email is separate from data an app keeps on your device. When you email us, your selected email service sends your address and message to the studio's Gmail account. Deleting an app does not delete email correspondence. You can use the same address to ask us to review or delete correspondence.
